Our first year at Orchard in 2011 went with a bang - quite literally as the barn next door caught fire! Orchard Place Farm is an up-and-coming day ticket complex that’s creating quite a stir with local carp anglers. We have one again secured the much talked about Lake 7 and with carp to almost 50lb present there is every chance the largest fish of the eliminators could come from here.

Richworth were the first company in the world to produce ready made
boilies way back in 1983. Richworth is a family run business and we strongly believe you can only produce the finest baits from the finest ingredients. In 1990 we moved to our 12,000 sq ft factory in West Molesey, Surrey. Here we produce, pack and ship all of our baits to the UK and mainland Europe. We also have our own 600 ft deep bore hole where we abstract all the water for our manufacturing process ensuring there are no chemicals or Chlorine in the boilies. We've got a really competitive qualifier on our hand for 2012 with several very consistent BCAC perfomers who have regularly featured in the closing stages of the competition. However, conditions this weekend look to be a world away from the indian summer we were receiving this time last year, so it will be interesting to see how Orchard responds. Let's just hope there are no mishaps to any more buildings and the fire brigade don't have to be called into action for a second year.
