Another south western water that is an un-sung gem. With fish to over 40lbs it has the chance of winning the biggest fish of the tournament competition and is a real carp water. It can be weedy, hence why it is now in the early part of the BCAC tour, but it is well worth a shot if you fancy some proper carp fishing.
ELIMINATOR SPONSOR
Nash Tackle
Essex tackle giants Nash have cherry picked their squad for 2010 and amongst the 'chosen ones' are none other than young guns Billy Flowers and Jamie Londors, picked out by many to be future BCAC individual champions.
Velocity is one of the premier south-west big fish waters and has quickly established itself as a regular on the BCAC calendar. Shallow and very weedy, Velocity requires some precision angling to get the best from it and this always creates a tense and very light eliminator. It's hard to pick a favourite from this weekends line up but the talented army boys are always worth keeping an eye on and with two pairs going head-to-head, they will be looking to make firm inroads into the team championship.
