Broadlands Main Lake is a well established 26-acre venue, that offers everything you could wish to find in a carp fishery, from central islands to marginal overhangs, humps, gulleys and more this is one venue that will certainly test your watercraft and further your fishing abilities.

Fed from the famous chalk stream river Test, there is an abundance of natural food and vegetation that provide the carp, tench, bream and silver fish plenty of cover as well as good amounts of food and water quality to hit specimen weights.

With depths ranging from 1ft to over 10ft in places, there are also several secluded bays that allow you to get up close and personal with your quarry. If you prefer fishing medium to long range there are also several swims that suit this style, regardless of how you prefer to fish, the Main Lake has it all.

Anglers have done extremely well over the years utilising a multitude of tactics to single out the carp, from fishing heavily baited areas or single bite tactics on multiple rods including PVA bags, or boilie stringers.
